    I like the suggestions. How did you arrive at the one-year time-frame on dried fruit?
    ANSWER: I dry fruits since more than 10 years and the 1 year time-frame comes from my own tests.
    It's an average time-frame, not all fruits can last so long and some do a lot more.
    It's also so much related to the way you dry your fruits and how you store then.
    So it's hard to give a general rule for each fruit but the 1 year is a good time-frame.

    ANSWER:

    You can keep well dried fruits at least 1 year.
    Well dried fruits should not contain any moisture and be stored in a closed box (glass or plastic), in a dry and cool place.
