Prepare the fruit

Small tomatoes (called cherrt tomato) can be dried whole or cut in half. Thoroughly clean the fruit before.

For larger sizes you can cut the fruit into large 2cm slices (not thiner).

Dry the fruit

Place the tomatoes on your trays and let dry. Drying tomatoes can be fast. It is therefore important to monitor drying.

Use dried fruit

Dried tomatos are fine in salads or mixed with your vegetables.
