Prepare the fruit
Be sure to clean well your mushrooms by removing the remaining soil and damaged parts.
Then cut the mushrooms into slices about 6 mm with a sharp knife.
Dry the fruit
Lay your slices on your trays and let dry. Be carfull to monitor the drying because it can be very fast.
Register your food dryer model!
Use dried fruit
You can use your dried mushrooms in vegetable soups or broths just dipping inside a few minutes before cooking. They will rehydrate and scent your soup. There are also very good in omelets or pasta.
