Prepare the fruit

Kiwi must be peeled because the skin is not eatable. It can not be used to make teas.

Then cut the kiwi into 7mm slices.

Edit: Dawn suggest that the skin can be eaten. If peeled you lose about 18% of the fruit. No harm comes from eating it, and it is very tasty.

Dry the fruit

Arrange kiwi slices on your trays. To avoid that they stick on your plates at the end of drying, it is advisable to return them after 2 hours or to use baking paper (but this will slow drying).

Use dried fruit

Dried kiwi can be eaten as a snack. It has a quite pronounced sour taste and will please some, but will be too strong for others.
