Prepare the fruit

Banana is the easiest fruit to prepare. Simply peel the bananas and then cut them in half lengthwise or in 6mm slices.

Put your slices on your trays. For half sliced bananas it is better to put the rounded part on the tray. Bananas are very slow to dry because its flesh holds a lot of water.

Use dried fruit

Dried banana is an ideal snack for physical activities because it contains sugar and it's slow and easy to digest. It could also be consumed as a dessert, in a cake or simply cut into small pieces into yoghurt or with muesli.
